Shipping policy

Please note that neither Royal Mail nor couriers guarantee delivery times, with the exception of Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery. 

 If you select a shipping service other than Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery, actual delivery times may be be longer than the usual estimated times during periods of high volume. We are unable to offer refunds due to a package being delivered late as the time it takes Royal Mail or a courier to deliver a package is completely beyond our control. 

UK MAINLAND:

Free standard shipping on orders over £75. 

Flat Rate shipping for orders under £75 is £6.

In stock items will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday.

We ship within UK using ‘Royal Mail tracked 48’ as standard. Royal Mail will send text alerts to let you know when it is due. If for any reason this service is not available, we will ship using Royal Mail First Class.

(If you are desperate then email via the contact form and I shall see if we can ship on Thursday or Friday but for efficiency and the sanity of our small team, we must limit our shipping days. I hope you can understand that we cannot compete with Amazon)

 

Next Working Day Delivery (additional charge)

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which delivers by 1pm the next working day after dispatch.

This service is available Monday-Thursday if you order before 10am.

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched that day with arrival the following day by 1pm.

Orders placed between Thursday 10am and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday (although we will try to dash out to the Post Office before this if we can).

PLEASE NOTE this service is only available when ordering in-stock items, not back-ordered stock. Pre-orders can be shipped via Next Working Day and will be dispatched on the shipping date defined within your order.

UK ISLES & MAINLAND: 

Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Scilly.

Standard shipping £7.50 

In stock items will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday.

EUROPEAN:

We ship via courier only and use UPS and FedEx (if they have any issues, we will use another reputable courier) Parcels typically take 3-5 days once dispatched and you will be sent tracking details.

Courier fees depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. To get an accurate cost please add your items to cart then enter your shipping address and zip code in the checkout area. This will calculate your unique shipping cost. We include all Taxes and Duties in these calculations so you will receive parcels Delivery Duty Paid.

We cannot be responsible for Customs delays in your own country.

In stock items will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

 

USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA:

USA

Since Tariffs have been introduced we are shipping via Royal Mail-USPS tracked service to the USA.

At this point it is the only service that has introduced a full Duty Paid option and we do not want US customers having to pay Duties on arrival. We envisage our courier service to resume soon.

Parcels typically take 5-10 days once dispatched and you will be sent tracking details.
Peak season Nov-Dec can be slower.

Canada

 We ship via courier to Australia and use UPS and FedEx (if they have any issues, we will use another reputable courier) Parcels typically take 3-5 days once dispatched and you will be sent tracking details.

Courier fees depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. To get an accurate cost please add your items to cart then enter your shipping address and zip code in the checkout area. This will calculate your unique shipping cost. 

We cannot be responsible for Customs delays and fees in your own country.

We are not able to provide a Delivery Duty Paid service to Canada.

PRE-ORDER & BACK-ORDER PRODUCTS:

All Pre-order and Back-order products are sold prior to availability.

Pre-order products will have a shipping date defined within the order.

Back-order products, when available, are made for you and dispatched within 2 weeks of order. If you have a specific time you would like your item to arrive by, then do drop us an email via the contact form before ordering – very often we either have stock nearly finished or can put your item to the front of the queue.
